Typical Project Process
STEP ONE
Discovery Call
After receiving an inquiry, we’ll set up a 30-minute Discovery Call. We’ll use this time to not only get to know one another, but discuss your project scope and goals. This call typically covers deliverables, budgets, timelines, questions, and more.
STEP TWO
Project Proposal
After our Discovery Call, I’ll prepare a Project Proposal that covers everything we discussed for your official sign off. Here, you’ll get a clear picture of your project scope and can add / remove deliverables to adjust your price. Once approved, a contract and invoice will be shared with you.
STEP THREE
Let’s Get to Work!
Once the contract is signed and 50% deposit has been paid, we can begin! Most projects start with a moodboard and ideation stage, and once you choose a visual direction, I’ll get to work on the design’s initial proof.
STEP FOUR
Initial Proof
Once the initial proof is ready for review, we’ll hop on a call to go over everything. I’ll walk you through my process and rationale, and once complete, we’ll go over any initial thoughts you might have. After the call, I’ll email you the design proof to compile your feedback with.
STEP FIVE
Feedback & Revisions
A standard project scope includes two rounds of revisions, so please make sure to gather all consolidated feedback before relaying it back to me. If additional revisions are requested, I’ll work hourly until we get your project just right.
STEP SIX
Final Approval / Delivery
Once I receive your final approval, and the remaining invoice has been paid, I’ll send over your final deliverables in a well organized folder. Please don’t hesitate to send me any follow-up questions you might have once you receive everything!
